Service Description

Learn about the important and diverse history of Seattle's Civil War veterans. Stories of the thousands of Seattle men did on the battlefields of places such as Gettysburg, Shiloh, Antietam and their lives and roles as Seattle pioneers in the decades after the war. This tour will offer an introduction to the men of the Blue and the Gray that called Seattle home as well as many personal and individual histories. The walking tour visits historic cemeteries on Seattle's Capitol Hill and lasts approximately 90 minutes.
