Pike Place to Pioneer Square - Seattle's First 50 years
Service Description
From Dzidzilalich to the Gold Rush, this walking tour will take a journey through Seattle's first 50 years. Discover Seattle's early history through the stories of the people, places and events that made Seattle. History where it happened! Walk in the footsteps of history as you learn about Seattle's Great Fire, the Battle of Seattle, Pioneer families like the Yeslers and Dennys, and more. This tour lasts approximately 1 1/2 hours. We meet and begin at 1st and University Street, at the Hammering Man sculpture in front of the Seattle Art Museum. The tour concludes in Pioneer Square.
